Privacy Policy

Haha helps you turn chat text and screenshots into English candidate replies. This policy explains what the Web landing page collects for the MVP and what we deliberately keep out of analytics.

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified Google email address and basic provider identity so we can create or find your Haha account, show your account menu, enforce quota, and support login troubleshooting. We do not send Google provider tokens to analytics.

Messages, screenshots, and generation

Your pasted chat text and uploaded images are uploaded only when you ask Haha to generate replies. This reply generation path may process screenshot images with OCR and context parsing so the service can understand the visible conversation and produce candidate replies in the selected style.

Uploaded content may be kept temporarily in cloud infrastructure for request processing, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, safety review, and reliability investigation. Storage location is the cloud region or service environment used by the Haha backend and its subprocessors rather than your local browser.

If you save a favorite, Haha stores the related Q/A pair so the saved reply can be shown with enough context in your account surfaces.

Training and review

MVP user uploads, OCR text, pasted text, and generated candidate replies are not used to train Haha models. Limited safety or troubleshooting review may happen when needed to debug failures, investigate abuse, or enforce prohibited-content rules.

Analytics

Product analytics are limited to coarse events such as page views, button clicks, selected input mode, selected style, quota reached state, and checkout state. Analytics must not include email, account id, raw pasted text, OCR text, uploaded image content, screenshot binary, candidate reply text, Google tokens, or Stripe payment method details. Analytics does not log raw pasted text, OCR text, screenshot binary, or full candidate reply text. Non-essential analytics run only after cookie consent.

Community samples

Community examples shown on the landing page are official samples curated by Haha. They are not a public feed of user uploads and do not publish your private chats.

Deletion

To request deletion of account data, saved replies, or related support records, contact privacy@haha-board.example from the email connected to your account. We may need to retain limited billing, security, or legal records where required.
