These terms govern your use of Haha on the Web. By using the service, you agree to use generated suggestions responsibly and to avoid uploads or behavior that harms other people.

Candidate replies are your responsibility

Haha generates candidate replies, not instructions you must send. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether any reply is appropriate for the person, context, and relationship involved.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, private data you are not allowed to share, threats, harassment, or content intended to evade safety systems. Do not use Haha for manipulation, pickup-artist or PUA tactics, harassment, deception, impersonation, scams, coercion, or attempts to pressure someone into unwanted interaction.

Subscriptions, taxes, and refunds

Plus and Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices are billed monthly unless stated otherwise, taxes may apply, and checkout or billing portal screens may be hosted by Stripe. Refund requests are reviewed through the support path and may depend on payment processor status, local law, and whether the subscription benefit has been used. Digital delivery and shipping

Haha provides digital software access only. We do not ship physical goods, and paid access is delivered by updating your account subscription status after payment confirmation. Additional details are available in the Shipping Policy.

Service availability and refusal

Haha may refuse a request, limit generation, suspend access, interrupt service, or change availability when needed for safety, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, billing problems, or infrastructure failures. We try to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
